• Not suitable for pure cashmere or loose, chunky knits — an embroidered patch may be possible instead
• Fine details may be adjusted for the best stitched result
• Client-owned pieces are handled with care and embroidered at client risk

Getting your piece to us

Drop your item at our Town Square Head Office, Monday–Friday, and we’ll deliver it back once complete, or select BYO Collect & Deliver Dubai at checkout and we’ll arrange collection and return delivery.

Customisation is completed through our studio, so pieces cannot be embroidered while you wait.

Production Time

Most orders are prepared and ready for delivery within 2–4 working days.

Need it sooner? Priority production may be available for an additional fee, subject to current production capacity.

• Dubai Delivery: 30 AED (via our driver)
• Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 30 AED (via courier)

• Dubai: Typically delivered within 1 business day after production is complete
• Abu Dhabi: Typically +1 additional day via courier
• Other Emirates: Usually 1–3 business days via courier
