Custom Orders

We’re excited to bring your custom creations to life! To ensure a smooth process, please take note of the following:

1. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront to confirm and begin your order. As each item is custom-made, we’re unable to offer “pay later” options.

2. Design Revisions
Your order includes up to 3 mockup revisions for designs created by Dream. We'll collaborate to make sure it’s just right. Additional changes may be subject to extra charges.

3. Sample Orders
Sample items are not free, but if you proceed with a bulk order, we’ll apply the sample cost toward your final invoice using the confirmed bulk rate.

4. No Cancellations or Refunds
Because each piece is custom-made, all custom orders are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Please review your designs carefully before approval.

5. Production Timeline
Production time varies depending on the order size and complexity. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order, and keep you updated along the way.

6. Final Approval
We won’t proceed to print until you’ve approved the final design. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

7. Printing Specifications
Quoted prices include standard-size printing (up to A4) in one color. For larger print areas or multi-color designs, pricing will vary and will be quoted accordingly.
