Return and Refund Policy
Because most of our pieces are custom-made just for you, all sales on customised items are final. Once we’ve started production (printing, embroidery, or personalisation), orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
If there is a mistake from our side — for example, the wrong item, size, colour, or a personalisation that doesn’t match the details you approved — we will remake or replace the affected item at no extra cost. You must let us know within 14 days of receiving the item/s.
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us directly (WhatsApp or email) with your order details and clear photos so we can review and fix it as quickly as possible.
