From a clean chest detail to artwork that takes over the piece, we’ll prepare your design for print, work out the right scale and placement, and make sure it feels considered on the garment — not simply added to it.

Text, logos, photographs, illustrations and full-colour artwork can all be adapted, with crisp detail, vibrant colour and a flexible finish made to wear well.

Getting your piece to us

Once your order is confirmed, you can drop your piece at our Town Square Head Office, Monday–Friday between 10am and 4pm. For Dubai and Sharjah, you can also select the relevant BYO Collect & Deliver option at checkout and we’ll arrange collection and return delivery. For other Emirates, you’ll need to arrange for your piece to reach us in Dubai.

Customisation is completed through our studio, so pieces cannot be printed, embroidered or engraved while you wait.

Production Time

Most orders are prepared and ready for delivery within 2–4 working days.

Priority production may be available for an additional fee, subject to studio capacity. Where available, the priority production timeframe and fee will be confirmed with your order.

Delivery Rates

For completed orders being delivered to you:

UAE

Standard Delivery: AED 30
Express Delivery: AED 60

GCC

GCC Delivery: AED 150

GCC delivery is currently available to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.

The GCC delivery fee covers shipping to the destination country. Customs duties, taxes and any clearance-related charges are not included and, where applicable, are payable by the customer at destination.

Express Delivery relates to the delivery service only and does not shorten production time.

Collection & Delivery

For Bring Your Own items, we can arrange collection of your item and return delivery once your customisation is complete:

Dubai: AED 80
Sharjah: AED 100
Other Emirates: Customers may arrange delivery of their item to our studio. Return delivery can be arranged once the order is complete.

Collection and delivery are arranged in advance and subject to availability.

Delivery Time

UAE Standard Delivery: Timing varies by location and courier service.
UAE Express Delivery: Expedited delivery after production is complete.
GCC Delivery: Approximately 3–5 business days after production is complete.

Delivery timelines begin once production is complete and are separate from our production timeframes.

For deliveries to Saudi Arabia, a National Address Short Code is required for delivery. We will contact you after your order is placed to collect this before dispatch.

Choosing Express Delivery does not make the customisation itself faster; Priority Production must be arranged separately where available.
