Every custom project is different.

To recommend the right printing, embroidery or engraving method and provide an accurate quotation and lead time, we’ll need your design, reference images, item details, customisation requirements and quantity.

Please share these with us on WhatsApp before requesting a quotation. Our team will personally review your project, assess feasibility and guide you through the next steps.

Once your order is confirmed, our experienced team personally collects your items, coordinates the customisation process and delivers them back to you once completed. Our collection, handling and return delivery service within Dubai is AED80.

All enquiries, quotations and order confirmations are handled online and through our WhatsApp channel, so there’s no need to visit our head office.
