02 — ADD YOUR IDEA
Upload your artwork, photo or logo and add any notes you'd like us to know before we begin.
03 — APPROVE YOUR MOCKUP
We'll reach out with a mockup for you to review and confirm. Nothing moves into production until you're happy with it.
04 — WE MAKE IT
Once approved, your piece goes into production. Standard production is 2–4 working days, with 1–2 working day expedited production available at checkout.
05 — IT'S YOURS
Your finished piece is carefully packaged in a Dream gift bag and delivered with a personalised card made just for you.
Not at all. Dream tees, hoodies and gifts are designed to be ordered directly online. Choose your piece, select your options, upload your design and add any notes — we'll take it from there.
That's okay. Upload what you have and use the order notes to tell us what you'd like. We'll review everything before production and reach out if we need anything from you.
Yes. We'll share a mockup with you for approval before your order moves into production, so you can see the placement, scale and overall look first.
Standard production is 2–4 working days after mockup approval. If you need it sooner, 1–2 working day expedited production can be selected at checkout.
Absolutely. Most Dream pieces can be personalised from a single piece, whether you're making something for yourself, a gift or a special occasion.

Yes. Embroidery is available as an add-on for our Dream tees and hoodies. As placement, size and stitch detail can vary, contact us directly to arrange embroidery and we'll guide you through the options.
