Shipping policy

Production Time

Most orders are prepared and ready for delivery within 2–4 working days.

Priority production may be available for an additional fee, subject to studio capacity. Where available, the priority production timeframe and fee will be confirmed with your order.

Delivery Rates

For completed orders being delivered to you:

UAE

Standard Delivery: AED 40
Expedited Delivery: AED 60

GCC

GCC Delivery: AED 150

GCC delivery is currently available to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman.

The GCC delivery fee covers shipping to the destination country. Customs duties, taxes and any clearance-related charges are not included and, where applicable, are payable by the customer at destination.

Expedited Delivery relates to the delivery service only and does not shorten production time.

Collection & Delivery

For Bring Your Own items, including embroidery, printing and engraving, we arrange collection from your address and return delivery once your customisation is complete.

Dubai: AED 80
Sharjah: AED 100

Other Emirates: For confirmed Bring Your Own orders, customers may arrange courier delivery of their items to our studio. Return delivery will be arranged once customisation is complete, with applicable charges confirmed in advance.

Once your Bring Your Own order is confirmed, we will coordinate collection of your item and its return delivery upon completion. Collection and delivery dates and times will be scheduled according to availability.

All delivery and collection charges are separate from product and customisation prices.

Delivery Time

UAE Standard Delivery: Delivery is arranged once production is complete. Timelines vary by location and delivery availability.

UAE Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery after production is complete.

GCC Delivery: Approximately 3–5 business days after production is complete.

Delivery timelines begin once production is complete and are separate from our production timeframes.

For deliveries to Saudi Arabia, a National Address Short Code is required for delivery. We will contact you after your order is placed to collect this before dispatch.

Expedited orders are prioritised wherever possible, with production timelines depending on the customisation required. Estimated turnaround times are a guide and will be confirmed during your order discussion.

Orders & Consultations

Dream With Reem is an online-first customisation studio. All enquiries, quotations, design discussions and order confirmations are handled online or via WhatsApp.

Our head office is separate from our production operations. Customer-supplied items and completed orders are managed through arranged collection and delivery services rather than customer visits.

For projects requiring an in-person consultation, an appointment may be arranged following an initial assessment.

Delays

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by order complexity, material or supplier availability, customer approval delays, courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we anticipate a significant delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the revised timeframe.

Any rights or remedies available under applicable UAE consumer protection law remain unaffected.
