Yours has important information mine was missing — the "add-on only, not standalone" clarity, the digitising note, and the fine details caveat. Those are genuinely useful and protect you.

But it reads a bit like terms and conditions in places. The voice shifts between brand copy and policy halfway through, and five tiers is what we just agreed to simplify.

Here's a version that keeps all your substance but pulls it into one consistent tone, with three tiers:

The Embroidery Upgrade Thread adds presence. Your Dream piece — finished with intention.

Add signature stitching to your Dream tee, hoodie, sweatshirt, or apparel. Each design is digitised specifically for embroidery — stitch path, density, and structure considered for the fabric it's going on. The result is detail that's built to last.

This is an upgrade for Dream garments only and must be purchased alongside a piece.

Choose your stitch size:
Small — up to 8cm — initials, icons, subtle chest detail
Medium — 9–15cm — names, logos, small artwork
Large — 16cm+ — bold designs, oversized placement, statement pieces

Fine details and very small fonts may need slight adjustment during digitising — we'll always check with you before making changes.

Embroidery production: 3–4 working days

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and ready for delivery within 1–3 business days. Once your order is set, we’ll contact you directly with the delivery details.

Dubai Delivery: 30 AED (via our driver)
Express Dubai Delivery (Weekdays): 60 AED
Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 30 AED (via courier)

Dubai (Express): Same or next day on weekdays
Abu Dhabi: Typically +1 extra day via courier

Non-custom Dream merch can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Since custom orders are made just for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged. We always recommend checking the sizing charts before ordering to get the best fit.
