Simple applies only to initials, names, and icons up to 6x6cm. All artwork, logos, larger designs, or anything requiring digitising automatically falls under Premium. Our team will review your design and confirm whether it qualifies for Simple or Premium before production.

If your design requires Premium Embroidery or a different placement for best results, we may update your order accordingly.

Not all designs are suitable — thin fonts, tiny details, or intricate artwork will not stitch well. Our team will review your design and confirm suitability before production.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and ready for delivery within 1–3 business days. Once your order is set, we’ll contact you directly with the delivery details.
